Before the upgrade, the headquarters faced operational friction at every touchpoint:

A 45.88 m² curved LED screen wraps the Command Center with near-180-degree coverage. The digital platform aggregates member enterprises, overseas institutions, trade activities, and monthly operations — scattered data unified on one display.

Managers no longer flip through multiple dashboards. Whether seated at center or sides, all viewers see distortion-free visuals. The screen participates in decisions, not just decorates the wall.
The 94.41 m² wall LED combined with 24.58 m² floor LED creates a three-sided immersive space. Ancient architecture, Silk Road routes, and modern commerce fill walls and floor simultaneously — mirror effects extend visuals upward and downward.

An interactive robot guides autonomously, engaging voice interaction. No guide required — the hall completes reception tasks independently.
For VIP guests: A ten-minute immersive experience communicates cultural depth and technological capability more effectively than an hour of slides.
Before: Projector, electric screen, external speakers, wireless microphones, video terminals — multiple remotes and cables. "Video without audio" or "wrong casting resolution" mishaps were common.
After: 13.06 m² LED main screen with dual side screens. Wireless casting, video conferencing, professional amplification, digital audio matrix — all integrated. One tablet controls lighting, curtains, screen signals, and speaker volume.
