Social Responsibility Policy and Guidelines

QSTECH has obtained SA8000 certification, reflecting our commitment to responsible business practices, respect for human rights, and the protection of workers’ rights and welfare.

We integrate social responsibility into our daily operations, supply chain management, and long-term corporate governance. Guided by the SA8000 social accountability management system, we continue to improve our policies, procedures, and internal controls to build a fair, safe, respectful, and sustainable workplace.

Prohibition of Child Labor and Forced Labor

We strictly prohibit child labor, forced labor, bonded labor, trafficked labor, prison labor, or any form of involuntary work. We do not accept any supplier, contractor, or subcontractor that uses or supports child labor or forced labor.

Voluntary Employment and Worker Freedom

All employment must be freely chosen. We respect workers’ freedom and prohibit any restriction, coercion, intimidation, or improper control that may result in forced labor.

Health and Safety

We provide healthy and safe working and living conditions, identify and reduce workplace risks, and take necessary measures to protect employees’ safety, health, and well-being.

Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

We promote cooperation between management and employees, respect employees’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining, and support open, fair workplace communication.

Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination

We provide an equal and fair working environment. Any form of discrimination in recruitment, employment, compensation, promotion, training, or daily management is strictly prohibited.

Respect for Human Rights and Dignity

We respect employees’ fundamental human rights and personal dignity. Harassment, abuse, insult, intimidation, corporal punishment, or any degrading conduct is not tolerated.

Responsible Working Hours

We arrange production plans responsibly and manage working hours, rest periods, and leave in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and SA8000 requirements.

Fair Wages and Benefits

We provide reasonable wages and benefits that comply with legal requirements and meet at least employees’ basic needs. Wages are paid clearly, accurately, and on time.

Responsible Supply Chain Management

We require suppliers and business partners to follow the same social responsibility principles. We review supplier compliance, communicate our requirements, and work with partners to improve labor practices and workplace responsibility.

Continuous Improvement

SA8000 certification is not only a recognition of our current practices, but also a framework for continuous improvement. We will continue to strengthen our social accountability management system, improve employee communication channels, and take corrective actions when needed to ensure responsible, transparent, and sustainable development.
