QSTECH attended the WOO Central European Forum, held on October 21–23, 2026, at the Radisson Collection Hotel Warsaw in Poland. Selina Lai represented QSTECH at the event, which was organised by the World Out of Home Organization (WOO) in conjunction with OOHlife.
The gathering brought together the out-of-home (OOH) industry to examine the opportunities and challenges facing the sector in Central Europe, from trust in the medium to the changing ways advertising is measured and bought.

Industry Priorities and Outdoor Display Operations
Trust was a central theme of the forum, including WOO President Tom Goddard’s opening address. The programme also covered sustainability, audience measurement, data, automation and programmatic buying. Regional sessions, including an expert talk on Poland and Austria, added perspectives from individual OOH markets.

For OOH media owners, every screen is a long-term operating commitment. Keeping content visible as outdoor conditions change, managing energy use and making maintenance easier across multiple locations are practical concerns throughout a display’s working life.
These needs inform QSTECH’s development of outdoor LED display solutions for digital out-of-home (DOOH) applications. The forum’s sustainability discussions were particularly relevant to the energy and maintenance demands of operating outdoor display networks.
QSTECH and the WOO Community
During the forum, Selina Lai met WOO President Tom Goddard. QSTECH has been a WOO member since 2024, and its participation in Warsaw followed attendance at WOO’s London congress in June.
QSTECH thanks the organisers and industry colleagues for the conversations and connections made in Warsaw.
